I am a registered practitioner with the Association of Reflexologists and the Complementary Medical Association, having qualified from the London School of Reflexology, the College of Chirokinetics, the Asante Academy of Chinese Medicine and obtained a second degree from Middlesex University. I strongly believe in developing and updating my knowledge and skills and continue to do so.
I am warm, supportive, and gentle and this comes through in my work as a therapist and teacher. As I work with clients my aim is to help them feel empowered. My clients are guaranteed personalised attention and the services of an experienced, qualified master therapist. I provide a safe, secure and confidential environment to help clients focus on achieving solutions to their health challenges and moving forward with their life quickly and effectively,
I work to identify the cause of the illness and do not just treat the symptoms. I believe that we greatly underestimate the effect stress has on our mind, body and spirit and my biggest passion is to help people change the quality of their existence by relieving stress and helping them achieve the success they deserve in all areas of their lives. My treatments are eclectic and tailored to suit the needs of the individual – I do not have a routine that use systematically with everyone.
My strong belief in complementary medicine has led me to achieve a First Class Honours Degree in Complementary Health Sciences and am working towards a PhD in Complementary Medicine.
I am available for treatments in Enfield, north London and surrouding Hertfortshire, including, Cheshunt, Cuffley, Goffs Oak and Barnet. And also in Ludgate Hill, City of London, EC4Y. Home visits can also be arranged.
